STOP! DO NOT PAY UNTIL AFTER RECEIVING A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

This year the camp fee is $330, which includes meals and lodging for five days and four nights, a camp t-shirt, and class supplies. We must receive the camp fee deposit within one week of your online registration confirmation in order to hold your spot. Payment plans are available, please contact the Frederick County Extension Office. Scholarships are available, a $50 deposit is required regardless of scholarship. 

 Donations to our scholarship fund are always appreciated and can be made as an add-on to your camp fee.  

Pay with a Credit Card 

If you select to pay via credit card, you will receive a link to our payment system, Destiny One in your confirmation email.  Processing fees apply.  

Pay by Check

Mail or drop off a check made payable to 'Treasurer, Virginia Tech' to Frederick County Extension Office. Please include the name of the camper in the memo section.

Request a Scholarship

Scholarships are available for those with a financial need. Please submit your Scholarship Application within a week of filling out your camp registration so that we can secure a spot for you. After receiving your request, we will be in touch to let you know if we can approve your scholarship request and what amount you should send in for your final camp payment.
